Delivery Charges

For our UK Mainland customers, our web site automatically calculates the correct postage and packing charge based on the weight and size of the items you have ordered. Our charges are:

1. a) Light weight items (gloves, hats etc.) or orders not exceeding 0.5kg are charged £3.75 P&P.
2. b) Medium weight items (shirts, jumpers, waistcoats etc.) or orders exceeding 0.5kg are charged £5.75 P&P.
3. c) Heavy weight items (jackets, coats, trousers etc) orders exceeding 1kg but not exceeding 5kg are also charged £5.75 P&P.

(Please ask for costs for timed deliveries)

Additionally, we only charge one delivery fee per order, even if the goods are sent out in multiple shipments i.e. an item is not available/on back order.

* Free postage on orders over £150 applies only to orders within the UK Mainland (zones A & B) but excludes the highlands and Northern Ireland (Zones C, D & E).

We aim to get all orders fulfilled and out for delivery within 48hrs.

General Delivery / Returns Advice

All our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that there will be someone available at the delivery address you have given. In the rare event that an item is damaged on arrival we ask that you let us know within 48hrs so that we may despatch a replacement to you and claim from the courier.

If you need to return the goods to us, please do so by sending the goods back to us by a secure delivery method. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier and that all returns are suitably packaged as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or non-arrival of goods.
